History
Founded in 2008, BBN FABRICS set out to close the gap between commodity textiles and the real performance demands of industrial workwear.
What began as a focused weaving operation has grown into a vertically integrated mill serving workwear and protectivewear brands across more than 40 countries. From the first polyester-cotton workwear lines to today’s inherent flame-retardant, antistatic and foul-weather fabrics, every step has been driven by the same principle: the people who wear our fabrics deserve to come home safe.
Over the years we have expanded dyeing, functional finishing and in-house testing capabilities, invested in recycled and PFAS-free chemistry roadmaps, and built long-term partnerships with garment makers, distributors and end-users who treat safety as non-negotiable.
Our Plants
Two integrated facilities, one clear standard: every metre of fabric leaves the mill only after it has been engineered, tested and verified.
Our spinning, weaving and dyeing plant combines high-speed air-jet and rapier looms with continuous dyeing ranges built for industrial-wash colour stability. A dedicated finishing centre applies FR, water-repellent, antistatic, oil-repellent and stretch treatments under controlled conditions.
Both plants run ISO 9001 quality management systems and are audited regularly for social compliance and environmental permits. We keep capacity flexible so we can respond to seasonal peaks, urgent tenders and custom development orders without compromising lead times.

Our process
- Yarn to greige: controlled blending, sizing and high-density weaving.
- Dyeing: continuous and batch dyeing with industrial-wash colour-fastness targets.
- Functional finishing: FR, anti-static, water/oil repellent, stretch and soft-hand treatments.
- Testing: in-house physical and chemical checks, followed by accredited third-party certification.

ISO 9001, OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, GRS (Global Recycled Standard), EN ISO 11612, EN 1149, EN 20471, NFPA 2112 and a growing portfolio of end-user-specific approvals.

BBN FABRICS is led by professionals who have spent their careers in weaving, dyeing, finishing and technical apparel supply chains. This hands-on background means decisions are made quickly and with an understanding of what each production step demands.

Our Partners
We work with garment makers, distributors, brands and industrial laundries who share our belief that workwear fabric should never be the weak link.
Our partnerships range from long-term supply agreements with global workwear brands to joint development projects for specific end-use applications. We support partners with lab dips, technical data sheets, sample batches, wash trials and certification management.

Kai Fabrics
Kai Fabrics is the premium development arm of BBN FABRICS, dedicated to advanced functional fabrics and next-generation finishes.
Named after the idea of “open innovation,” Kai brings together raw-material suppliers, research institutes and end-user feedback to prototype new constructions before they enter full production. It is where we test recycled fibres, bio-based water repellents, lower-impact dyes and new weave architectures.
