PPE High Visibility Fabrics

BBN Fabrics supplies high visibility fabrics for PPE clothing, safety workwear, traffic uniforms, outdoor protective garments, logistics uniforms and industrial safety clothing. High visibility fabrics are designed to improve worker visibility in low-light, high-risk, outdoor, roadside, warehouse, airport, construction and transportation environments.

The main fluorescent fabric compositions are based on polyester, with cotton, polyester/cotton blends and FR modacrylic blend options available according to different protective clothing requirements. Our high visibility fabric range can cover lightweight lining fabrics from around 50 g/m² to heavy autumn and winter workwear fabrics up to around 400 g/m².

BBN high visibility fabrics can be developed for knitted tops, woven trousers, jackets, vests, coveralls, rainwear, softshell jackets, outdoor protective clothing and FR safety garments. Functional options include waterproof, breathable, anti-static, flame-retardant, stretch, water-repellent, oil-repellent and recycled solutions.

Test report and certification support can be provided according to final fabric specification and customer requirements, including high visibility workwear market requirements such as EN ISO 20471, ANSI/ISEA 107, AS/NZS high visibility standards, Canadian market requirements and railway-related high visibility applications.
